How do I restore a vgn-bx41xn
Hi there,

Can anyone tell me how to restore this computer back to its factory
settings. I have to return it to my employer. I'm ok with computers
but not a wizz so hopefully this will be an easy job. :)

Re: How do I restore a vgn-bx41xn
Hi Sarah,

You will just need to boot into your Recovery Manager (F10 at boot) and
select the restore factory default option to format your computer and
reinstall Vista like it was the first day you had it.

'Customer Care | Sony | SonyStyle US'

Hope this helps,
Shawn
