Flight Simulator X Deluxe Edition installation problem   

Hi there,
I've bought FSX and am not able to install it. It says while installing
the second disk:
error number 0x80040702 failed to load DLL: GameuxinstallHelper
and fails to continue.
I have tried both just setup and setup "run as admin" - same results.
Anybody knows how to install it?

I am using 
Vista Home Premium SP1
Computer:
Intel Core 2 Quad Q6700 @ 2.66GHz
6Gb RAM
GeForce 9500 GS video card

Try the installation on another DVD drive or computer to check Disk 2...
