Have you checked with the program's tech support and/or user forums (if any)? Malke -- MS-MVP Elephant Boy Computers - Don't Panic! FAQ - http://www.elephantboycomputers.com/#FAQ
What program are you trying to install? Is it already on your computer and you are trying to update? Has it ever been on your computer? What Operating System are you using? Vista (which version)? XP? Other? If Vista: are you running as a user? a user/administrator? an administrator? How much memory do you have? Give as much detail as you can to get help or people won't bother to work with you.
