Guest account   
I am administrator, I also have guest account set up. When I am on 
guest>start>All programmes, the same programmes appear as do on my profile. 
Can I access guest account and remove some programmes. I tried it once and 
it removed it from mine also

Don't use the guest account - it's a security risk. In fact disable it. 
Create a Standard User account and use that instead.

Dont use a Guest account bcoz it makes ur pc vulnerable to cmd attacks
like "netuser" by which one can change ur admin acc password...for more
