Hi Mzungu,

Download the security guide http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/opsmgr/bb498235.aspx 
and verify all your account permissions. Also look in the local event log 
and raise auditing on your SQL server, see if you can get any more info about 
which account that can not access the database.
