Re: Citrix servers error
Hi opsmgr,

You need to setup a Citrix administrator service account and then create
a RunAs Account. This Run as account is then added to the Citrix Administrators
Runas profile. The citrix server that is the primary data collector will
also need to have proxying enabled. Are you running with "Application load
balancing"? If not there is no data
in sthi performance counter. If that is true, do a override of this rule
and disable it.

Re: Citrix servers error
Hi Anders,

Thank you for your reply. Citrix domain is in a two way trust and not on the
same RMS domain. We use a separate action account to install/uninstall agents
on that domain. That action account is a domain admin account on the Citrix
domain. Should I add that account to run as profile for Citrix? If I create a
new account then that account is not going to have rights on the citrix
domain. If I ask citrix administrator to provide me with their admin account
they don't want to give the password out. What is the best solution here?
Please help. Thanks.
