We have a single 64 bit server where we combined Opsmgr and Configmgr. The Configmgr management pack states that the 32 bit edition of the opsmgr client is required for monitoring of ConfigMgr. If you install the 32 bit opsmgr client the health service for the OpsMgr RMS stops working. I need to monitor the Configmgr installation as well as have the Helth service for the RS operational. Correct installing an OpsMgr agent on the RMS server will break OpsMgr. I would recommend you install Config Manager on a different server.
