Post SP1 I'm seeing this on about half of my servers. All references I've found to this point to errors in the Dell MP, which is not deployed in my current environment. Anyone know what this is and why it's failing to run?

Further, this is an IBM shop so the Dell management pack has not been imported and is not a factor. Any other ideas?
