Self Tuning Threshold monitor for SNMP/WMI/Script etc   

Hi, this seems like an obvious one but I can't see how to do it yet and can't 
see any posts on it.

Does anyone know how to create an STT for perf data gathered from sources 
other than windows counters. E.g. SNMP, WMI, script etc?
