OpsMgr SDK Service - an exception was thrown while processing   

I am unable to disale Short Message Service Notifications - the Error states 
that this is being used by a subscription and it is not. I have checked all 3 
subscriptions.

The following error is logged in OpsMgr log when i disable SMS and select 
Apply.

How are you disabling it?
It looks like this subscription, 
Subscription1a6409af_4065_4de0_bc4b_b3722e5cb31a, still references it within 
the xml.
