Re: Exchange 2003 Management Pack errors
Good afternoon, Ake!
I followed the steps recommended in the blog entry, however, it does not
appear to have resolved the issue. We have maintenance this Sunday, so I
may try again then.
Based on the alerts I'm seeing, I'm wondering if this is related to the
reports in the Exchange 2003 MP that are not functional that Microsoft is
working on resolving. The alerts I'm seeing in SCOM 2007 are as follows:

Have you had any luck resolving this, i've got the same issue and it's a bit
of a pain as the exchange reports would be very useful!

Hello Stuart!
Unfortunately, no. The fix I was directed to did not resolve this issue. I
have noticed that the workflows that have been affected are the reports in
the MP Guide that are stated as not working. I'm going to give the earlier
fix one more try, in case I missed something but a response from Microsoft
to my last posting and questions would have been nice.
I'll keep you posted.

Re: Exchange 2003 Management Pack errors
I have these exact same issues, i did the above as well and it did not work.
these appeared after the sp1 RTM was installed. Paul is your exchange
enviroment in a cluster? Ours is and i recieve these message from each
member node of the exchange cluster.

Re: Exchange 2003 Management Pack errors
Under Administration in the SCOM console goto Run As Profiles
Select Default Action Account
Right Click, Select Properties
Click Run As Accounts tab
Select an Exchange server under target computer
Clcik on the Edit button and change it to Local Ssytem Action Account, click
OK
Repeat for all Exchange servers.
Clcik OK
Restart health service on the Exchange server errors should be gone.
