TEC source value...
Does any one know how to change the source slot value for the SCOM Engyro to
TEC connector...

RE: TEC source value...
I found this on the eggheadcafe forum ....
Q: Why do my events in TEC have a blank or incorrect hostname?
A: The product connector uses the OpsMgr field MonitoringObjectPath to
populate the hostname slot when creating the TEC event. Some management
packs do not populate this field, or use a value that seems incorrect to the
user. The connector has no mechanism to alter the data in transmission, so
the TEC event will contain the same data that’s in the alert.

I would interpret that as no way to alter the mappings at the EXD. If you
find out different, please post. You could do it in a TEC rule though.

Re: TEC source value...
It is hardcoded in the connector ... you would have to change the value
within TEC rules.
