Hi, We installed the Engyro HP OVO on MOM2005 Server English Version. Base OS type of the MOM Server is Windows Server 2003 Enterprise English. The problem here is some of our client's OS type is Chinese Version. So when MOM Server detects the error msg from these clients,the coding error happend where the msg delivered to HP OVI By Engyro HP OVO Connector. The Chinese Character displays like "??". Is there any solution to this case? I checked the MOM Operater Console and the DB Table,The error msg contains chinese character displays well. Thanks very much.
