My SCOM to TEC connector is not auto-forwarding alerts to TEC. When I manually choose "Forward to" -> "Engyro TEC connector" for an alert, it will forward successfully. The ResolutionState value (50) is the primary criteria for fowarding the alert, when I manually or automatically change the value from 0 to 50 the connector fails to do anything to the alert. The alert in question matches the Criteria page: - Severity = Critical or Warning - Priority = Medium or High - Resolution State = "To TEC" which corresponds to 50 For Groups page, all the groups are selected. - all the categories are selected. For Targets, The top choice is selected: "Forward alerts from targets are automatically, ..." The "Global Management Group Settings - Alerts" - criteria for "Sent to TEC" is set to 50. At one point this configuration worked, but now it is not. Got any ideas?
I figured it out. I did not have the SCOM Resolution State (50=To TEC) mapped to anything over to TEC. Once I did that and all was well.
