How to enable xp visual styles in an ATL project   

Hello,

I'm trying to enable the xp visual styles in my ATL project using
VS2005 and i read and follow all the instructions described here:

Enabling an Assembly in an Application Hosting a DLL, Extension, or
Control Panel (http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa375144.aspx)


But it does not work!? what i'm doing wrong?
