Hi. When I try to use the dialer in outlook 2003 WinXp Pro Sp2, I get an on hook message and an error that another program is using the device. I have WinFax Pro, but I've disabled the background startup programs for it and have set its service to manual, and still have the same issue. When I use dialer.exe I get an error that " a resource needed is unavailable." I'm using an AOpen FM56-PX internal pci modem. The modem works fine with WinFax, and it used to work with Outlook earlier in the year. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks, Phil
