I'm a new Win XP user and have set up Phone Dialer. But it won't use my designated setting to dial a 9 first to get an outside line. My modem works fine and if I manually type a 9 at the front of a local 7 digit it dials and connects. It just doesn't automatically dial the 9 first as it should. As a result I also can't access credit card calling. Help please, this is over my head.
