TAPI 2.0 and 2.2 problems
Hi, I am new to the TAPI scene so please bear with me while I (may) as
some stupid questions. I want to use a free SIP PBX called Asterisk and
hook this upto my PSTN line. Asterisk supports the use of modems
HOWEVER my modem needs to work with TAPI version 2.0. After a bit of
fumbling around I've found out that my modem is currently working with
tapi 2.2 which is why the software and modem isn't completely
compatible. Is there anything I can do to make my modem/OS act or
behave like its using tapi 2.0?

OS: Win XP Pro

Many thanks

Paul,
this newsgroup is about TAPI3 not TAPI2.

It is recommended to post TAPI questions only to the managed TAPI newsgroup:
microsoft.public.win32.programmer.tapi
See my TAPI and TSPI FAQ:
Q: What newsgroups are covering TAPI ?
http://www.i-b-a-m.de/Andreas_Marschall's_TAPI_and_TSPI_FAQ.htm#_Q:_What_newsgroups

In addition, if you feel the need to post the same question to multiple
newsgroup then you should do a cross-post rather than a multi-post.
