Are there any methods for getting one active host address in site remote of ipv6?
Hi,every one

Are there any methods for getting one active host address
which is in the remote site of ipv6 network?
As we known that the method of enumerating ip address and pinging
as in ipv4 network is not fit for ipv6 network,we want to get a
high efficiency method.

Thanks a lot.

This is normally done using SNMP or another management interface on the
routers.
