Microsoft Fax sits on faxes for days and days. I have tried re-installing it. No luck. I phoned Microsoft but they said it would cost me $35 to fix the bug. What utter jerks. Any suggestions? I have tried deleting the fax and sending it, no luck. I tried saying high priority. Ignored. I tried shutting down every other process to encourage it. Not a chance. I have run out of ideas. Any suggestions? I have already notified Mr. Dell and Mr. Gates that I am going to publicly torch my Dell either at his office or in front of the White House whichever would get better press attention. Any better ideas? Dell's customer support has disappeared. Neither my CD nor my DVD writer/player works. They have sent me 2 replacements (both the same brand) in spite of promising me to try a different brand. I dont know if the problem is in Windows or at Dell but neither Mr. Dell or Mr. Gates had the courtesy to reply. Oh well. I think it's going to appear in the next issue of PCWorld.
If you'll receive no answer here ask additionally on fax NGs like microsoft.public.outlook.fax / microsoft.public.win200.fax and others Arkady "dco" wrote in message news:1139523597.895119.279090@o13g2000cwo.googlegroups.com... > Microsoft Fax sits on faxes for days and days.
