Need help with a unicows.dll error   

Hello,,,,

I d/loaded a media player called 'VLC', but when I fired it up earlier, it just brings up "error
while loading .dll, unicows.dll".  The only option is to terminate.

Went to google and searched for unicows.dll, and although I found quite a bit, I didnt really
understand it, but at least one of the sites pointed me to this newsgroup.

My system is Win98se.

Can this be overcome somehow?
