System Restore API
Hi,

I had a few questions regarding System Restore.

Wikipedia says that System Restore is only available for Windows ME, Windows
XP, & Windows Vista but not for the Windows Server operating system family.
Is this true? If so, why is there no support for the Server OS family? My
goal is to find restore capabilities for as many OS systems possible. What
do you suggest?

I found in the msdn website that I can create a restore checkpoint by using
the SRSetRestorePoint function. Is this function only accessible by
Microsoft Visual programming languages such as C++, C#, VB, etc.? Can Sun’s
version of Java be used?

Thanks!
