Missing DLLPathEx   

Hi

How come on some systems with OL2003 the DllPathEx registry key is missing 
at HKLM\SOFTWARE\\Clients\\Mail\\Microsoft Outlook?

I thought all versions of Outlook from 2002 onwards created this key?
