My XP is stuck.
Hi.

I wrote an ISAPI filter, but I made a change and restarted the W3 publishing
service. It looks like it's stuck in an infinite loop of some sort, and I
can't stop the service.

I rebooted the computer, but I don't get the regular desktop window, and all
I get is a blue screen. A problem is the IIS Admin and Web Publishing
Service is set to automatic at start.

I need to boot, login, and stop the above mentioned services.

How can I reboot my computer and disable the services?

I appreciate your help.
