SDK for window Vista and NET Framework 3.0 Runtime components   

i installed 
     SDK for window Vista and NET Framework 3.0 Runtime components, 
     version 6.6000.00, Nov 2006 edition

i was told that this SDK is also good for windowsXP, which I am using.

I am using windowsXP

I am encountering several problems using this SDK 
Is there a place I can contact ?
