Encryption algorithm for RPC_C_AUTHN_LEVEL_PKT_PRIVACY

     What's the default encryption algo used with the authentication level 
of RPC_C_AUTHN_LEVEL_PKT_PRIVACY. Does it vary with the Auth Service?
