We use AD 2003 server. We also have a GPO restricting menus and distributing security zone for web sites to be trusted. But somehow we have blocked out users ability to download files (all files from any site), from the internet. This is some how to strict, does this happen because we have enabled security zones? We have not used any of the blocking GPO's, that shuld stop downloads to my nolage. I hope for some help here.
