Uddi v3: custody and ownership transfer   

Hi there!
As far as I can see from the v3 spec, there are only two possible
scenarios:
1. intra-node ownership transfer
2. inter-node custody transfer

Could anybody explain why it couldn't be an inter-node ownership
transfer?
Does it mean there must be only one owner for a node?

Oooh...

intra-node CUSTODY transfer seems to be not applicable because the term
"custody"  is a node-specific one.

inter-node OWNERSHIP transfer seems to be a degenerate case because
ownership always changes if custody changes
