2003 AD Netlogon service fails
I'm trying to transfer primary domain control to a new server, however the
netlogon service keeps giving errors of "The Netlogon service could not
create server share C:\WINDOWS\SYSVOL\sysvol\domainname\SCRIPTS. The
following error occurred: The system cannot find the file specified." (I
replaced our domain name in that line.)

I've stopped the FRS and netlogon services, reset the BurFlags value,
deleted the files in the System volume Information folder, but still the same
results. I've already transfered over all the functions to this server, but
the failed netlogon issue has got me stuck. I'm doing my best to avoid wiping
the drives and starting over so I don't have to re-do everyones profiles, etc.

Thanks!
