Setting up TLS 1.0 connection   

I have a CA root cert and Server Cert created using OpenSSL in PEM format. CA 
root cert will be installed into client terminal and Server Cert will install 
in Windows Server 2003. So how can i install the Server Cert into my server? 
Any idea on how to show that my server is ready for TLS connection?
