IE6 and IE7 - changing web pages
Hi, when I try to do a search, or open another web page, I get an error
message: "IE has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry
etc........." I try to send an error message, and the screen freezes. After
using Task Manager, I clear the screen, and can then send an error message. I
have followed all remedies suggested by Microsoft, but nothing seems to work.
When I had IE6, I could at least send the error messages, but IE7 won't allow
that. I can get to another web page by going into the Control Panel and
changing the Home Page details under Internet Properties. And I've tried
iexplore.exe -extoff. It doesn't seem to help either. Anyone else with
similar problems? I'd welcome any suggestions to fix this annoying problem.
Thank you.
