Windows XP System Time   

I noticed the system time for Windows XP always late 5 minutes no matter I 
after sometime no matter I adjust same to the standard time or fasted 
5minutes/10minutes/30minutes faster then the standard time. Is there anyone 
out there facing the same problem and how can I solve the problem.
