TOOLKIT 3.0 Jdeveloper interoperability problem because xsi:type attibute is mandatory   

Hi,

I'm having problems consuming jdeveloper Web Service from SOAP Toolkit 3.0
because xsi:type attribute is required and SOAP Toolkit doesn't include it
when calls a ws method. Is there some way to configure SOAP Toolkit to 
include
this attribute ? How can I solve it ?
