How can i delete Shared files?   

I have a number of old shared files that i want to delete can anyone advise 
how I can do this as right clicking does not give a delet option?

Locally or on the file system of a hosted web site?
Locally get Properties > General (tab) and change Attributes or take 
ownership of the files in the folder. If on a hosted file system use their 
control panel. Is that what you mean?
