If there is something you need to do using XML, search the internet for
that. You will find the most relevant forums that way. Note that there are
many search engines; Google is neither the only one nor the first.
Also search newsgroups using Google Groups.

Re: Does anyone knows top 10 sites or blog for xml ?
OK so I think it should be obvious then : You don't know really, what
you want (top 10 of *what* ?) and so neither do we (or google - or
"that damn bot" as some people call it). If you don't know what
question you want to answer, anything you get is akin to a lucky dip.
So really you want to frame your question as in "What do I want to
know about" - for example, "XML tutorials" , or "Sites which use XML
to generate content", or even "Sites about XML generation using
ASP.NET OR C#"
Does that make sense ?
If you need traffic info (how many visits) you'll need to cross
refrerence the results yourself, for example using Alexa
http://www.alexa.com/ to list popularity.
