Where to start?   

Hi, I'm in charge of a small development department (5 team members) and I 
want to start using the MSF practices, but I can't find the right sequence to 
start my learning...Wich documents must I read first?

Have you downloaded the MSF 4.0 Process Guidance for the Agile and/or CMMI 
for Process Improvement version from Microsoft Downloads?
