MSF 4 is composed of a metamodel and two implementations.
Metamodel contains the principles, mindsets, team model definition, and
something else like the way you've to collect requisite (personas,
scenarios, vision, etc...)
CMMI and Agile are two possible implementations of the metamodel.
You've to adapt one of them or you can create another one from scratch.
