CMMI vs Agile

I'm looking for good (any) document that describe CMMI vs Agile way of 
project managment.

Hi,

I'm assuming you understand traditional project management - see CMMI
as a more mature and traditional approach.
The best place to start is looking for Agile project management on the
web, as there it will give you the differences.

MSF CMMI is not only a mature and traditional approach. It's much more Agile 
than any other traditional process.
