Yes, MSF is flexible enough to handle such solutions.

Ideally, everyone should attend course 1846. This would ensure that all team
members understood there responsibilities, and how there shared efforts lead
to the success of the project. Less ideal, but maybe more practicable would
be for the core team, respective team leads for example, to attend the
course. As all MSF team roles should be represented from the start of the
project, a minimum of three people could work - Development lead, Program
Management/Release management lead, and Product Management/User
Experience/Test lead.
I believe it would also be highly advantageous to have an MSF certified
member on your team as your MSF evangelist. It might be one of the three
leads above, or an external consultant who fills one of the core team
positions.
