Does anybody else have the same problem? The data-upload or download with my Batch-Geocoding application usually works fine. But last few days it often failed to upload successfully (same application, same addressfile). The job gets the state "pending" but doesn't finish. It often works in the morning and fails in the afternoon (GMT). Is there a problem with the Customer Data Service? Thanks for help!
There is a 24 hour turn around period for jobs. If they appear to be stuck in pending this just indicates a high volume of geocoding being done and that the jobs complete their process within 24 hours. This is part of the SLA agreement. The jobs are not failing, just waiting their turn to be processed. Batch geocoders applications tend to timeout and may error messages, but if you look on the customer service site they will appear as pending. They will eventually be processed.
