Blockgroup census data as polygons   

I was wondering if MapPoints has this type of data already on their system 
but it is just unpublished.  Otherwise, I will need to upload a massive 
amount of data to MapPoints.

Mappoint data is limited to the Mappoint.** (where ** = NA,EU,World, 
WorldRoutable, Brazil, AP) and does nto include any census data.

What is the size limit of data that can be uploaded to the MapPoint server 
under a user account?
