Does MSFT 2009 allow users to map out city limits? For example, I currently draw a 100 mile radius from the center of LA but now I want to draw 100 miles from each corner of the city limits. Rather than a clean circle, the lines would look exactly like the city limits of LA plus 100 miles. Thanks
