created the web service account ID and password. set the client token to the virtual earth map. for staging environ. while click the report view tab always shows no report. how to check, provide some steps.
I have the same problem with no staging transaction data. I'm setting the client token but I never have any report data. When viewing reports, I choose staging, then select all and the result is always no data found. Virtual Earth support advised me that it takes 24 hours for staging transaction data to appear but it's been a lot longer than that since I started using client tokens. VE support advised me to use this group to try and get an answer if I had any problems beyond the 24 hour period for reports. Does anyone have any info about this? Is anyone getting staging data from their maps?
