When I upload my customer data it seems to remove what I'd previously uploaded. Is this normal behavior?
Hi, That's correct, the original datasource will get overridden if a new one is uploaded over it and the original one cannot be recovered at that point. So, is there an 'append' option. I would have customers adding locations at arbitrary times. Do I have to upload everyone each time a single location is added? Did I just miss the web-service call to insert a single record? There is no web service call to insert a single record and so the entire datasource has to be overwritten. You'd have to download a backup of your database before you make the call to overwrite if you ever need to keep a history of your database to go back to or use the customer service site history tracking capabilities which caches your upload calls for a few days.
