Connection Attempt Failed error
Hello,

Let me give you a picture of what is going on.

I have developed an agent which sits between our clients and MPWS.
I have used VS 2008 and so far I was using webhost.exe (the internal web
host) to run my service.

Worthy to mention that I am using a development account to access MPWS,
basically using staging server.

Everything is fine until I deploy my web service to my local IIS. From there
on anytime I try to call FindAddress method I get the following error:

"A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly
respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because
connected host has failed to respond 207.46.164.241:80"

It sounds like a timeout issue but I have checked IIS and also web.config
and they all have longer than needed timeouts.

I am ready to organise the purchase of a proper license for MPWS for
production. But my question is, if we do get the license, is this problem
going to be resolved or is there anything which I have to do to get it to
work on my local IIS before attempting to purchase?

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,

Hami Aryan
