Shortened Life, And Our Deviations In Cultural or Dietary Upbringings.. 
Examples Like Gruel and Beer, in America's First Pilgrimage.. That Are Also 
Seeds of The Irish and Menial Labor and Guiness Stout.. That Quickly 
Replenish Calories, But KIll Brain Tissue and Liver and Bodily Functions, And 
Sap Us of Nutients As A Diuretic.. This Is Just Beer, That Is Used In 
Celebrations, Like The Super Bowl and St. Paddy's Day.  That Is Like 
Sacrificing Vestal Virgins To The "Gruel and Pain God" of Menial or Strenuous 
Tasks.. Also Such Commonalities In Most Races.  There Called Holidays or Holy 
Days.. That Are Quick Carb or Protein or Citrus Supplements.. Because Are 
Bodies Can't Handle Solid Food, Like an Atheltic Swimmer or Runner.  They 
Call This An Honor Today, In Such Places As Japan, To Work Ourselves To 
Death, The Bible and Feast Days (Gluttony) and Fasting (Emaciation) Like 
Anorexia and Beuty, But See.. They Are Ethnic or Serf or Slave Stock That Is 
Bred with Inert Changes In Metabolic and Brain Function, Not Crime.. Ill-Bred 
(Immigrant Trash) and Malnutrition.  We Are Not The Wicked Nephalin, We Are A 
Toxic Concoction of Human Anti-Matter. As An Example You Might Blame Tobacco, 
But Not Sugar or Butter?  This All Needs To Be Revamped, Like In The Old 
Recipes of Some Had Were Kosher, or Dried or Frozen.  This Is Sadly Just A 
Seed I'm Planting That We Should Water The Thoughts of Mankind With.. This
