how do i connect to a computer using PCAnywhere on different netw   

I created a custom setting in the firewall to allow connection two the 
specific IP address that I want to connect to. I modified the registry where 
I changed the port settings I want to use. 

From the remote computer I changed the port settings to match the host 
computer settings in PCAnywhere and I still can't connect. What am I missing?
