Elmo Knows your name
I feel a bit silly asking this here. Fisher Price told me it was a windows
problem
I have loaded the software and got an error message about msvcr80.dll not
found so I found that file and moved copies to the location it was missing
from. Now I have a runtime error saying something tried to open C++
incorrectly any help would be appreciated. I have a feeling this toy is
going back
and being replaced with something I can understand like blocks.

Re: Elmo Knows your name
I know this is a late posing, but in the event you still need assistance.

Try to register that dll.

REGSVR32 MSVCR80.DLL
to un-register
REGSVR32 /u MSVCR80.DLL
