ICS between Desktop and Laptop
I would like to set-up ICS using my desktop as the host. The only thing is -
my internet connection on the desktop is dial up(thats all thats available in
my area) my laptop has wi-fi uplink installed. I bought wireless card for
desktop, I can not get the two to communicate. I have a wireless connection
already setup for my college wi-fi on the laptop. I have also installed a
dial up connection on my laptop. But would musch rather use wireless ICS so I
dont have to be hardwired in the house. I uderstand that sharing the dial up
bandwith would seriously degrade online performance, thats ok. Ive run
network wizard so the settings are correct I believe. I am confused in how to
establish a new connection between the two. Please help.
