passwords   
I am looking for a cd or something that can override my administrator 
password, so I can change it.  I am currently running windows XP. Please help.

Don't take this personally, but even if I knew of a product I wouldn't 
advocate its use. How do we know that you are allowed to override the 
administrator's password?

Like I said, I'm not saying you're trying to do something you shouldn't be 
doing, but erring on the side of caution is generally a good idea.
